As we all know, Coronavirus (COVID-19) has dramatically impacted our world. In the face of uncertain and ever-changing times, businesses must adapt and evolve to best take care of their employees and customers. Forward Energy is no exception.
We are now allowing people to come into the office to make payments or inquiries – as long as they are wearing a face mask. All Forward Energy customers can also make any payments or inquiries using our online portal, by mail or by calling our office.
Forward Energy has taken several steps to ensure the safety of our employees and stakeholders, including:
- Employees who must enter customer homes or businesses will be outfitted in PPE such as gloves and face masks
- Emphasis on proper and frequent hand washing as well as using sanitizers before entering homes and businesses
- All delivery and service personnel follow CDC guidelines for safe distancing when interacting with customers and when inside homes and/or businesses
- Daily monitoring of staff health. If any employee shows symptoms related to those of COVID-19, that employee is not permitted to work and must adhere to CDC guidelines before returning
